I tend to focus my efforts on the groups at stations 3 & 4 as the others can be completed with little assistance from the teacher with the exception of a few visits to keep everyone on task. With the stations, I am able to set up groups of 5-6 students and the students enjoy not having to share microscopes. Each year I found it challenging to teach microscope topics to 25+ students at a time with only 10 microscopes.
